Shipping Policy

To calculate the cost of shipping, please make sure to put your address in at checkout. All shipping rates include handling costs and fees such as, but not limited to, packaging materials and associated labor costs.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information. We are happy to assist when possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.
