To send you my audiobook, I use the app Bookfunnel. Through the link you're sent, you can download the audio files to your preferred app or listen within the Bookfunnel app. To download that to your device click here --> BookFunnel App!
Have no fear! Just after you received your emailed receipt you should have received an email from help@bookfunnel.com. If you did not, check your junk/spam folder.
Alternatively, you can login or create an account with BookFunnel where all your purchases (even among different authors) will be if you use the same email address you used at check out. Click here to be redirected to their site.
If you didn’t receive a receipt and don’t see the purchases in your BookFunnel account, there’s a good chance you mistyped your email at checkout. Please email me with the correct email address and name you purchased the book(s) under and I can resend the links.
Links are only active for 2 weeks from the date of purchase due to BookFunnel's policy.
If you email help@bookfunnel.com they can reset the links for you when you contact them with your order number & email address you used to purchase the books.
In order to get many of my books printed I use a print-on-demand publisher, BookVault. They have been around for a long time but each book is printed at the time of ordering, there's no warehouse full of them!
Regular paperbacks take about 7-10 business days to arrive depending on the shipping option you picked at checkout. You will receive an email with tracking information when it leaves their facility.
Some of my special editions take about 4-6 weeks to arrive. These only ship from the UK, so please be patient. You will receive an email with tracking information when it leaves their facility.
Other special editions do ship from a warehouse in Texas. Those usually ship out within a week of placing your order, and you will receive an email with tracking information.
A couple of things could have
happened here.
- Many of the links in my ads are specific to the deal offered. If you removed 1 or more of the items from the cart, it may no longer be available for the discount.
- If you’ve come to my store before, this could be a cache issue on your browser. We suggest trying the link in a private/incognito window to complete your purchase. OR try clearing your cache from your browser's settings.
